We ship from China.
Do I have to pay for shipping and customs?
Orders over $99 include free shipping, and taxes are already covered in the shipping cost.
The following countries do not pay customs duties:
EU,  UK, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Canada, Mexico, Morocco, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey
If you're from another country, we'll also do our best to help with customs clearance.
Can you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. But for liquid products such as Shiny Oil, our current logistics line cannot deliver to Norway and Russia but we will update on our social media if the situation changes. Also, if you are in Taiwan, the liquid shipping will be slower, taking approximately one month. Please be patient.
How long does it usually take from placement to shipment and then to arrivement?
For items in stock on our website, from placement to shipment usually takes about 5 - 15 workdays. As for customized products or some large coloring products, it takes around 1 month.
Regarding transit time, it generally takes about 20 workdays from shipment to arrivement.(Please note that the units are workdays, not days)

What should I do if I can't find my package after it arrives locally or has other delivery-related issues?
When the products arrive, as we may not communicate directly with the local post office, so we strongly recommend you check the additional notes on https://track.yw56.com.cn/en/index and contact local logistic company via the provided information to seek help firstly. Otherwise, if an item is lost or returned, this can cause a lot of problems for our team and you, and we will try our best to help but cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide effective assistance in the end.
Here is the advice:
First, rinse it with clean water. Then, apply a gentle bath gel and repeat this cleaning a few times. After cleaning, dry it using the cloth we provided (it'll become soft once wet).
 
This cleaning process will remove most dirt and dust, so it should look clean to the naked eye. However, if you plan to take close-up photos, tiny dust particles might become more visible.
